How do I pick the right class for my child?

Check out the class description page, send us an email, give us a call or stop by!  We’d are always happy to help.

How do I sign up for a class?

Initial registration with Empire should be done via our registration portal.  If you are already registered, access the portal via the parent portal link.  If you have any trouble using the portal, please give us a call or send an email.  We’d love to help!

Do you offer a free trial class?

We ask that you enroll in a class via our parent portal registration page & agree to the waivers.  This ensures we keep the correct student/instruction ratio in the class.  If you decide that the class is not a good fit for your child, we will be happy to reimburse any charges, just let us know after the class.

Do you offer a free assessment?

Yes, please feel free to contact us regarding an assessment for your child.

Does my child have to start at the beginning of a session?

Not at all, you are more than welcome to join us at any time.  The tuition will be adjusted depending on when you choose to join a session.

Does Empire offer make up classes?

Makeup classes are available as long as there is room in the class you would like to use as a makeup.  Makeup classes can be the equivalent class at a different day or time, or a lower level class that has a better day/time for your schedule.  Makeup classes can be schedule via the front desk up to a week in advance of the class.

How can I find out the cost of classes?

All pricing is available via the online parent portal.

Will I be charged as soon as I register?

No, although you will enter a payment method during online registration, no chlarges, including registration, will be billed unless you enroll in a class.

Does my child have to start at the beginning of a session?

Does Empire have a Membership Fee?

Empire has a $50 membership fee per year, per family.

How do I enroll my child for a new session of classes?

Your child is automatically enrolled in the next session unless you notify us of a change.

How do I withdrawal from classes?

We require a 30 day notice when dropping a class.  Please contact us to let us know if your child will be dropping or transferring classes.  You must fill out an Empire Gymnastics Center drop notification form which is available at the front desk.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer a $10 discount on the family registration fee for military families.

Do you offer discounts for multiple classes or siblings?

Yes, we offer a $5 discount per class for children taking multiple classes up to 3 clases.  For siblings, we offer a $10 discount per sibling for their 1st class.

How does Empire billing work?

At Empire, we will post fee’s to your account (you can view via the parent portal) on the 1st of the month for the next month.  On the 15th of the month, we will bill your account for tuition for the next month.  For example, May 1st you will see fees posted for June Tuition.  May 15th, you will be billed for June tuition.

Is there a late fee?

Tuition payments that are more than 10 days overdue will be charged a $10 late processing fee.

Does Empire have Open Gym?

Yes, we will have open gym on Saturday’s from 12pm – 2pm for ages 6 – 18.  The cost is $10 per session or $80 if you purchase 10 sessions.  You can pay for your session when you arrive or purchase a punch card from the front desk.  Fill out a EGC release form when you arrive or print one & bring it with you.
